- Identifies account lockouts in real-time and notifies you - even before calls to the help desk, and before business critical
services go down. Identification is done through monitoring of Security Event Logs on your network domain controllers.
- Performs routine scan of every possible place where accounts can be referred to and provides you with best guess on how to
fix the issue and prevent further lockouts. Items scanned: system services, scheduled tasks, mapped network drives and
others.
- Once you fixed the reason (e.g. updated service account or remapped network drive), it unlocks the account on the DC where
it was locked, without having you worry about AD replication issues.
- Web-based Access - The Advanced Edition includes a convenient Help Desk Portal which lets all members of the help desk
team to manage account lockouts centrally using any compatible web browser.
- Remote Control - Can be operated remotely from handheld devices. When someone calls you regarding an account lockout
during non‐business hours, you can unlock the account right from your Blackberry.
